Generation Rent has produced some materials to help raise awareness of the new rights coming into effect from 1 May 2026.
We have developed these to grab renters’ attention in public spaces, provide some basic information and point them to our website for more details. We think they would work well displayed on community noticeboards and information stands, in GP surgeries, libraries and schools.
You are welcome to download them, print them out and distribute in your local area or with your network. If you have stickers with local contact details feel free to add these.
Currently we have several types of poster with different focuses, and a four-page leaflet.
