Fundraising Internship with Generation Rent

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for the right person with Generation Rent, helping us raise funds for the vital campaigning and community organising work that we do.

This will be a 6 month internship, paid at the London Living Wage, which we hope will help the right person to develop their fundraising skills as well as generate income for the organisation.

We are looking for someone who is:

1. Enthusiastic about our cause

2. Hard working and organised

3. Literate and numerate

The post holder will:

  • Carry out research into possible funding sources with a particular focus on grant giving bodies. The intern will create and maintain an up-to-date list of information including funding criteria, application processes, contacts and deadlines.

  • Maintain this information in a customer relationship management (CRM) database.

  • Assist the Director in the completion of applications for funding.

  • Other additional duties as needed
