We have gathered the latest information and links to advice about dealing with issues caused by coronavirus and the lockdown in England.
We cannot provide individual advice, so if you can't find the answer you need, we have links to advice providers here.
From 13 May, there are updated restrictions on movement - we are advised to stay at home as much as possible. Reasons to leave include:
- Go to work if we cannot work from home. If you have been asked to attend work but feel unsafe, consider talking to your employer, or joining a trade union.
- Go to shops (that are allowed to open)
- Exercise and spend time outdoors
- Help a vulnerable person
- Escape risk of harm
- Get medical attention
When out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people and wash your hands as soon as you get home. We are advised to wear face coverings in enclosed spaces such as public transport.
If you are showing coronavirus symptoms, or if you or any of your household are self-isolating, you should stay at home
