Seb leads the organisation’s policy, advocacy and campaigning work in the capital. He has worked in the third sector for ten years, winning key changes in social policy across a wide range of areas including labour rights, criminal justice, and social security. He is also active in housing outside of work, most recently as a director of a new community land trust in Haringey, the St. Ann’s Redevelopment Trust (StART). He has been a private renter since 2002 and gone through five landlords in that time.
